Grid Agent URL connection interrupted

When trying to open agent URL, something like https://host:3872/emd/main, you receive connection interrupted message on your browser. Go to your agent home/bin directory.
> ./emctl stop agent
> ./emctl secure agent
> ./emctl start agent
